Procurement Regulations

The Police and Crime Commissioner for Cumbria is responsible for the overseeing of the police service in Cumbria. In addition to its primary oversight role, it has responsibility for approving the overall framework of delegation, accountability and control in which the Constabulary operates, including procurement.

The Procurement Regulations are the rules the Constabulary applies when entering into any contracts on behalf of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Cumbria.

The Constabulary's Procurement Strategy outlines the current and future direction of travel for Procurement and documents the measures and changes that are required to meet these.
